Reviews and Ratings
My stay was filled with mixed feelings. The hotel is beautifully designed with a stunning rooftop bar and lovely pool area, but I had a frustrating experience with valet parking and noise issues. The restaurant offered remarkable dining and attentive service, making the culinary moments quite enjoyable. However, the overall value for money felt off, especially for the room size and amenities.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location on Paseo Montejo was excellent and allowed for easy access to many historic sites, the noise level from the hallways was quite disruptive, making it hard to enjoy a good night's sleep. The staff could have been more professional in handling issues too. Overall, it's not the most ideal place if you're looking for a peaceful stay.
I had high hopes for this hotel, but my stay turned out to be quite disappointing. The location was great, allowing easy access to local attractions, but the overall quality of the rooms and service did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's branding. The dining options were a highlight, with some memorable dishes, but the issues I faced with the room cleanliness and staff responsiveness overshadowed the positives.
This hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with beautiful decor and excellent amenities. I really enjoyed the charming outdoor bath tub and delightful breakfast, especially the chocolate croissant, which was the best I’ve had in Mexico! However, I faced some noise issues throughout the night, and the pool area was smaller than expected. Overall, it's a nice place to stay but could use some improvements.
The hotel has a unique charm and offers excellent customer service, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues in the rooms and facilities, which detracted from the experience. The dining options were decent but limited in some aspects. It's well-located, but the overall value for the price could be better.
